More than 200 partners have already joined, as Qwen's open platform speeds deployment of AI agents
More than 200 ecosystem partners have filed onboarding requests within four days of the platform's launch. Released on August 10, the Qwen Open Platform extends agent creation and integration capabilities to partners and developers, enabling agent services to be embedded in the Qwen app and delivered across more than a dozen categories, from logistics and housing to local services, wealth management, and autos. To date, the platform has drawn third-party partners — SF Express, Tiane Daijia (Swan Home), Beike, and Lenovo among them — plus Alibaba ecosystem products such as Cainiao and Quark Drive, spanning a range of high-frequency consumer scenarios.
On infrastructure, the platform equips partners with account management, AI payment, and order-integration capabilities, together with bundled front-end components and development templates, reducing friction in agent development and onboarding. Existing services require no major overhaul; migration and launch are completed via one-click authorization and end-to-end debugging.
Judging by early onboarding velocity, Qwen is rapidly assembling an open ecosystem built around AI agents. By linking third-party services to its own application scenarios, it is pushing AI agents from stand-alone tools toward application gateways capable of invoking real-world services directly.
